Our new partnership extends across 37 countries and over 3 continents. And will see us providing support across the USA, Canada, South America, Hong Kong, Mexico, and even further afield in Europe, the Middle East, and even Asia.
The Utility Bill Management solution is able to:
- Automate JLL’s sustainability reporting and spend management
- Provide significant speed and accuracy improvements, reducing the number of manual processes
- and Robotic Process Automation underpins the solution that will now collect and parse all JLL bills
JLL and Bid conducted a successful USA and Canadian pilot that automated the collection, validation, and payment of bills. The Utility Bill Management pilot was considered a success and demonstrated the Utility Bill Management solutions ability to scale and support the global company and yielded process efficiencies –what once took several weeks could now be completed in just days.
This partnership further demonstrates the capability of Bids solutions and with the power of RPA technology even the most complex multinational, multi-site companies in the world can be supported.
The launch with JLL will go live in October and most of the onboarding activity is already completed.
